The Role
Consultant with Horwath HTL (UK), a business unit of accountancy group Crowe UK LLP and a member of the world largest HTL advisory network.
Responsible for drafting proposals and completing assignments for owners and operators of Hotel, Tourism and Leisure assets in the UK and overseas including for:
- Business planning and feasibility analysis.
- Transaction due diligence.
- Research and thought leadership.
- Preparing topical research papers.
- Supporting HHLT events in the UK.
London based but with potential for agile working.
Experience and Capabilities
- Minimum of 3 year in an analyst or consulting role with a reputable organisation in the UK.
- Experience of HTL feasibility analysis and transaction due diligence in the UK.
- Working knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry.
- Understanding of the principals of hospitality property and business valuation.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills.
