About the job:
- Structured approach to conducting research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well formulated solutions.
- Ability to confidently present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, including ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
- Creative mindset, with proven ability to find and design innovative solutions to complex problems.

Good understanding of Project management methodologies, tools and techniques for gathering and clarifying requirements and data in complex change environments.
Understanding of Agile methodologies; with existing Scrum Master certifications a plus. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a history of relationship management, team collaboration and the ability to influence business outcomes ms
About you:
- You are educated to bachelor’s degree level, holding an advanced degree and/ or additional qualification is a bonus.
- You will bring a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a role in a UK Financial Services organisation (preferably Big 4, large consulting companies).
- You will ideally have had exposure to Consulting, either through experience with a consulting firm, or acting in internal consulting capacity.
- You will have an understanding of core business processes and products in the financial services industry.
- You will have experience in process efficiency / identifying automation opportunities.
- You will have had exposure to modern change management concepts and be able to effectively apply business analyst skills to form part of a high-performance project team.
- You will have had experience as part of a transformation programme within a UK financial services organisation.
- You will have an understanding of information architectures and key technology platforms and solutions used in the sector.
