Chef De Partie - William Cecil Hotel/Bull & Swan
Hours: Fulltime

We are on the search for an enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join us working across two of our hotels as Chef De Partie.
As part of the Kitchen team you will serve a key role: To deliver excellence in food preparation by continuously identifying ways to delight and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining agreed standards of service and product delivery in line with the company objectives.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver exceptionally high standards of food service.
- Ensure that your section operates effectively on a daily basis.
- Suggest menu items to the Head Chef which reflect the company philosophy in relation to quality, locality and seasonality.
- Ensure that you work to the standard that has been set by the company and the Head Chef.
- Understand the importance of attention to detail.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
