School Receptionist
UE03 £20,863 - £22,197 Per Annum, Pro-Rata
College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences / School of History, Classics and Archaeology
Part time, 20 Hours per week, 9am – 1pm, Monday - Friday
Open-ended
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the School Reception. As a member of the School Resources Team, the post-holder will also provide effective support to School general operations, in areas such as estates and facilities.
The Opportunity:
The post holder will have the ability to complete work accurately, on time and to appropriate standards and demonstrate attention to detail. You should be able to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new work and adapt to change and additional responsibility.
This post is available immediately on an open ended and part time basis (20 hours per week).
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Commitment to the highest standards of customer service
- Ability to complete work accurately, on time and to appropriate standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; and an ability and willingness to learn new software systems
- Willingness to work with others and ability to maintain good working relationships.
