At Consilio Construction, we're expanding our Insulation Installers (Self-employed Role) team and are recruiting for the Cardiff and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and work the morning shifts Monday to Friday.
We aim to help our customers save money on energy bills, increase house value, and refresh a home look with External Wall Insulation and Rendering System.
Whether for domestic or commercial customers we provide high standard service and the best solutions. We do this by choosing the best system to suit client’s needs.
We are looking for insulation installers to help us keep the work standard at a high level. You will deliver a great experience from start to finish by providing our range of services to the clients.
As an insulation installer your responsibilities will be to work on your own and as a team.
Having previous experience, your own tools and transport is preferred for this position, however we can provide full training for those who are keen to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Install External Wall Insulation & Render System
- Ensure safe means of working
- Keep materials dry and protect against moisture
- Be willing to learn new skills
- Working at both ground level and at height
- Liaising with the office staff to ensure adequate materials are in the place for successful
installation

- Communicates clearly in a friendly manner
- Determinate and driven to achieve the targets
- Previous experience in similar position
- Happy to travel for work, covering up to 1 hour from home
