Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join Government Technology Services as an Executive Officer.
Within this role, you will work as part of a small, dedicated team to support the delivery of exemplary customer service to our customers across Isle of Man Government.
The ability to organise yourself in a fast paced, multi-service environment where there is need to respond quickly to changing demands is essential. You will have strong and demonstrable customer service, interpersonal and consultative skills and be able to engage with a range of colleagues, customers and stakeholders on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the wider Customer Experience team
- The development of long term relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- Act as a point of contact for customers within Government Technology Services, through emails and attendance of meetings
- Prepare detailed reports on the overall performance of Government Technology Services against our agreed Service Level Agreements
