We are looking for 5 Construction Site Testers across London and the South East, with full training provided.
The Construction Site Testers carry out on-site Watertightness testing, Air-tightness Testing, Acoustic Testing with a potential to learn more site specific testing
Further Services we offer include:
- Cladding, weather-tightness, acoustic and structural tests
- Building pathology and life care plans for multi-storey car parks
- Cathodic protection: we design, install and monitor systems
- Materials science including concrete mix design, investigation and trials
- Full scale mock-ups and buildability tests
- Environmental assessments including BREEAM
Requirements:
- Full UK driving Licence
- Punctual- must be on site for inductions at 8M
- Weekend working and overtime available
- IT skills essential – Word/excel - full training will be provided with specific packages & computer provided.
- Be able to work as part of the team & lone working – Mobile phone will be provided
- CSCS essential – other requirements IPAF, but training/courses will be provided for the right candidate.
- Follow all H & S, procedures & all external site specific requirements & H & S rules.
- To carry out tasks competently & ensure to treat all our customers & colleagues with respect.
- Work in a pro-active manner to meet all of our customer needs
Working Hours:
- Guaranteed 39 hours per week
- Likely hours - Monday – Friday – 7am to 5pm
- Pay is door to door so all travel is paid
