Eco Matrix Construction Ltd is looking for a Site Manager to oversee the site operations and ensure that all safety requirements are met. The Site Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the site and ensuring that staff and contractors are working in a safe and productive manner. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction and general management.
We are a rapidly growing principal contracting company based near Croydon and we are looking for the right candidate to join the business at a great time with a very good chance to progress with their career and grow with the company.
Duties include:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably on large-scale construction projects
- Experience of all aspects of Residential Construction projects from start to finish
- Be used to working to a strict set of plans and drawings
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Be used to working as a leader and a key member of a team
- Be proficient in working with all kinds of sub-contractors
- Have good spoken English
- Manage and comply with all Health and Safety requirements
- Produce forward programme for contracts manager including material, labour and plant requirements
- Monitor progress of works programmes and advise of movement during period
- Undertake required number of Site Inspections and Safety Tours
- Manage operations to ensure best use of resource
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Croydon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
