We are a startup Investment company which invests in SMEs and property. Within our portfolio we have a digital marketing agency, residential and commercial property assets, restaurants, childcare nurseries and businesses in the personal care sector.

Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Assistant with a trade background or a construction degree to join a property and business investment company who have exciting projects in London, SE1.
The company works on new build housing and commercial projects valued from £5k - £3m and have many live projects ongoing at one time.
In line with our expansion plans, we are searching for an ambitious person who wants to develop a career in property and business development.
Responsibilities
- Junior Project Management
- Multi-Site Management
- Co-ordination between Site and office staff
- Ensuring projects are to time and budget requirements
- Happy to travel - Full clean driving licence required.
- Keeping up with maintenance works across all sites
- Process any orders required
- Manage portfolio of all assets

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field desired.
- Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
