We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Materials Technician to join our Ready Mix Concrete division, with no experience required, to provide technical support to production units at our Wiltshire Concrete plants location covering Devizes , Theale, Farringdon, & Tewksbury.

With full training on offer, You undertake materials testing of plastic and hardened concrete. To support the business with visits to customer sites to investigate technical or quality queries or failures and assist with the investigation of customer complaints. Working closely with the technical, commercial and operations teams, you will support, advise and provide technical guidance to ensure the company adheres to minimum legal and product standard requirements at optimum cost.

You may be involved in product development which may require that you undertake laboratory product trials, product training and demonstrations - both onsite and off site. This role is ideally suited to a mature school/college leaver looking to commence a technical career in the construction materials industry
