Job description
We are looking for all round tradesperson with experience in carpentry to join our team.
Our current project in Salford is a full HMO renovation conversion project, loft conversion, 3 bed, 3 ensuites.
If you have contacts of your own then we will certainly consider all options to push the build on.
We also have maintenance work on existing housing, to provide ample work opportunities.
On jobs where you have less experienced, we do allow you to learn new skills with detailed clear instructions on the construction. We are aiming to use pre-fabrication, and use any new method to make the build easier for everyone whenever possible.
The job would suit someone who is reliable, honest, and cares about attention to detail.
About us: We primarily developed high standard residential HMOs and recently moved into the new build of A++ rating / passive Haus standards using modern methods of construction with sites in Manchester, Salford and London.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
