The Role
Within the latest technologies that enhance modern day Audi vehicles, our cars communicate directly and electronically with our Audi businesses advising when routine service work or other repairs are required. Mobile phone apps also link directly to the vehicle entertainment systems allowing route guidance to be planned, fuel range, engine oil levels, plus many other features and benefits to name but a few.
Within the Audi showroom, your position will be to provide expertise as the My Audi connectivity specialist, to successfully assist our customers and colleagues in connecting their Audi vehicles’ to mobile devices, using the Audi Connect and MyAudi applications.
Reporting to the Head of Business, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the right candidate an excellent career path within one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups.
What are the key accountabilities?
As the Audi Connect Specialist, your role will be to provide support to our internal colleagues and retail customers equally. With support from your Head of Business and Departmental Managers, you will:
- Develop skills that will allow you to specialise in all aspects of mobile phone to modern-day vehicle connectivity and functionality.
- To meet and greet our Audi customers within the showroom, explaining all of the benefits of My Audi connectivity.
- To proactively interact and enhance the customer experience through My Audi connectivity.
- Demonstrate the functionality of the My Audi app and vehicle MMI connection.
- To provide fluent and professional guidance to internal and external customers.
- To ensure best in class customer service is provided, at all times.
- To proactively contact our retail customers by email, telephone, or message, recommending the benefits of My Audi.
- Provide weekly uptake reports directly to the centre Head of Business.
- Attend offsite training provided by Audi UK as necessary.
Do I need experience?
No, we will provide all technical expertise and training necessary to fulfil this role. As a representative of Audi and Marshall Motor Group, it is essential that you provide our customers with the very best guidance using professional and fluent mannerisms. A courteous and confident demeanour is an important attribute for this role.
Whilst no formal IT accreditations are required for this position, candidates will be required to expertly interact within the My Audi app, Audi MMI systems, and understand Microsoft Excel so that reporting can be compiled weekly.
