We’re building the opening team for Tomos Parry’s new restaurant, the next step of the team behind Brat in Shoreditch. We’re working on a wood grill restaurant and wine bar in a legendary Soho location to open mid summer 2023. Our new restaurant will be the accumulation of the last few years working on projects such as direct sourcing of Welsh shellfish, building closer relationships with wine makers and our continued focus on beautiful produce which is in the ground in the morning and on the wood grills in the evening.
We are looking for an experienced bar tender, with a strong traditional cocktail background and a passion for creating new recipes using our seasonal produce. As a member of our bar team, you will be comfortable with floor service able to work across the front of house team in all aspects of the role.
This position offers the opportunity to develop supplier relationships and gain experience in stock management, ordering and all accounting aspects of the bar. You will also be working alongside the Bar Manager to support on training the wider front of house team on our bar offering and service.
