Shifts:
Monday 0615-1515, Tuesday 1545-2215, Wednesday 1515-2215 and Friday 0615-1545 all at Regional Fitness and Swimming Centre.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide high quality customer service via reception, face to face telephony, and electronic communications, and to support customer contact to any areas of the company.
- To provide a professional front of house service at Vivacity sites. ensuring that customers and visitors receive the best possible service.
- To act as first point of call to customers and visitors as receptionist fulfilling all reception duties
- To always provide excellent customer service
- Dealing with customer enquiries, compliments and complaints relating to any areas of the business face to face, via telephone, email, letter, or similar in a professional, positive and efficient manner
- Providing information & helping to solve customer issues in an effective and timely way
- To be responsible for the collection of monies and cashing up in accordance with set procedures
- To operate the till systems, take and process payments and receipts
- Day to day liaison with site managers and staff, processing of documentation, disseminating relevant information and chasing outstanding queries.
- Use of various management system and databases
- Taking information from customers and entering it into the appropriate database
- General office duties i.e. filing, shredding, scanning, photocopying etc.
- To contribute to office and phone cover
- To carry out administration tasks as necessary
- To maintain a knowledge of services offered and confidently communicate them to customers
- To answer telephone calls promptly in a professional manner
- To record suggestions and/or complaints from members or visitors and inform the appropriate persons
- Flexibility in working, including evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working on a shift rota basis
- Able to travel to any Company facility and undertake work as necessary
- Any other duties as assigned
- Experience in delivering great customer service (E)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (E)
- Experience in providing admin support (D)
- Experience of cash handling (D)
- Ability to work flexibly and including evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working on a shift rota basis (E)
- Good data entry and typing skills (E)

- GCSEs C grade or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths (D)

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
