Job Purpose
The Security Receptionist is a vital role in working alongside the Building Management and Facilities Management teams in providing a legally compliant, safe, and customer-focused environment.
Job Overview
As a Security concierge you will be the first person a visitor meets or speaks with on the phone and meet residents across the retirmenrt village.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and receive visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Issue visitor passes and ensure that visitors are signed in and out
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and guests are directed appropriately
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internal and external calls and emails
- Liaise with the right department on fault reporting
- Maintain reports for incidents
Requirments
- A valid SIA licence -
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication
- Good I.T skills and report writing
- Presentable and professional
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Good organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: From £10.90 per hour
