Retirement Village Security Concierge

36 HOURS PER WEEK FIXED

3 x NIGHT SHIFTS FRI , SAT and SUN

12 HOUR SHIFTS

Job Purpose

The Security Receptionist is a vital role in working alongside the Building Management and Facilities Management teams in providing a legally compliant, safe, and customer-focused environment.

Job Overview

As a Security concierge you will be the first person a visitor meets or speaks with on the phone and meet residents across the retirmenrt village.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and receive visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Issue visitor passes and ensure that visitors are signed in and out
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and guests are directed appropriately
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internal and external calls and emails
• Liaise with the right department on fault reporting
• Maintain reports for incidents

Requirments

• A valid SIA licence -
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication
• Good I.T skills and report writing
• Presentable and professional
• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Good organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: From £10.90 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, UB9 5LB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• security: 2 years (required)

Language:

• English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (required)
• SIA (required)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
