We are the UK’s largest merchandise concession!
National Merchandise manage the merchandise operation for some of the biggest venues in the UK including arenas in London, Nottingham, Belfast, Liverpool and Glasgow.
We are currently looking for Merchandise Assistants to join our team based at the SSE Arena Belfast.
The SSE Arena Belfast is playing host to some of the world’s biggest acts such as Blink-182, Busted, Peter Kay and Michael McIntyre; we are looking for outgoing people to join the existing team to work with the Merchandise Manager & Supervisors to provide top-quality customer service to all of our customers.
There will also be opportunities to work with our Dublin and festival teams across Ireland throughout the year.
People that we are currently recruiting for this role will have an incredible opportunity to work at the sold out Harry Styles concert at Slane Castle on the 10th June as part of his iconic Love on Tour.
Travel will be provided between the SSE in Belfast & from Slane Castle for this event. To work this shift you must be available all day due to the travel & event timings.
Responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is displayed to attract maximum sales, you will also be comfortable with handling cash & card transactions.
Previous experience of working in a customer service or retail role would be beneficial, along with the ability to calculate totals using mental maths.
As this role is based around events, the ability to be able to work weekends as well as evenings due to the event schedule is a must.
