Vehicle Roadside Recovery Driver.
The employer has multiple partnerships with some of biggest names within roadside assistance. They have a fleet of over 150 vehicles covering the whole of the United Kingdom. They have been in existence for over 60 years, priding themselves on their inspirational customer service.
You will be assisting with the recovery of vehicles due to both breakdowns and vehicle collisions. You will be trained to safely secure the vehicle, flip vehicle if required or recover vehicle from challenging environments.
Responsibilities as a Roadside Recovery Driver shall include:
Overall, you will have strong customer service skills (you will need to put the customer first at all times as they may have just been involved in an accident), be competent, fully aware of relevant HSE legislation with a strong overall safety awareness and be able to work on your own initiative given large periods of time you shall be working independently.

- Basic salary up to £28,000 per annum with an uncapped on-target-earnings of £38,000+ per annum (pending on licence category).
- 4 days on duty followed by 2 days off.
- Fully equipped roadside recovery vehicle.
- Multiple areas available including South East Wales, Bristol and Gloucestershire.

You will be assisting with the recovery of vehicles due to both breakdowns and vehicle collisions. You will be trained to safely secure the vehicle, flip vehicle if required or recover vehicle from challenging environments.
Responsibilities as a Roadside Recovery Driver shall include:
- Daily vehicle checks are to be carried out prior to shift start in all cases.
- To safely recover vehicles and passengers following breakdowns & vehicle collisions.
- Ensure that the safety and care of the customers are the main priority.
- To recover vehicles within challenging and difficult environments.
- Support the customer and reassure their mental & physical wellbeing.
- Ensure no additional damage is caused during the recovery of a vehicle.
- Securing Vehicles to the recovery truck in safe manner, ensuring all health and safety requirements are followed.
- Drive to a variety of locations across the South of England and Wales.

- A competitive basic salary of up to £28,000 per annum.
- Multiple bonus opportunities & overtime opportunities available
- 4 days on duty followed by 2 days off. Changing to a different shift start time after each set of days off.
- Shifts generally fall between 7.00am to 7.00pm, 10.00am to 10.00pm, and 6.00pm to 06.00am
- 27 days holiday entitlement plus the 8 bank holidays.
