Projects often involve educating and influencing audiences around key challenges, such as the global move to sustainable energy systems. Due to business growth, they are looking for a talented Middleweight or Senior Designer to join their fast-paced design team on a full time, permanent basis.

Mid / Senior Designer
Central Reigate, Surrey
£30,000 to £44,000 depending on experience and portfolio

The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a Mid / Senior Creative who wants to be part of their ambitious growth plans for both the immediate and long-term future. As an agency that has a history of retaining and nurturing their talent base, the right candidate will also have excellent long term career prospects in-house.
You will be involved in an exciting variety of creative projects including brand identity & implementation, websites, microsites, web applications, email comms, touchscreen applications and mobile apps and a variety of physical printed media.
About You:
+ A highly creative individual with a portfolio of outstanding examples
+ A problem solver – you’re all about ideas and have the confidence to run with them
+ The capacity to produce well thought out and rationalised solutions
+ Excellent communication skills as well as experience of leading and collaborating with more junior members of the team on creative projects
+ Highly organised with a flexible, proactive attitude that can adapt to demanding business needs
+ The ability to handle multiple projects at once and work quickly to stringent deadlines, without impacting quality or attention to detail
+ Fluent in the use of Adobe Creative Suite
