Training Compliance Officer
Monday-Friday

The role of the Training Compliance Officer is pivotal in enabling Tigerlily Training to achieve its business objectives. Working closely with our director of quality and training manager this role forms part of the Quality & Compliance team. This team focuses on supporting, monitoring and quality assurance of our team of first aid trainers, IQA's and the delivery of courses.
The Role:
Responsibilities:
· Working with the Training Manager to ensure we have a team of motivated and ‘fit to train’ trainers to match course demand
· Assigning trainers to courses ensuring that they have the necessary qualifications and information to deliver the course in line with our quality policy
· Monitoring learner feedback, discussing with the trainer, updating trainer record and where necessary making the Quality & Compliance Director aware
· Updating and verifying new trainer qualifications and CPD records
· Checking all weekly registers and uploading to the course
· Daily contact and support with training team
You’ll need:
· Amazing customer service skills, building rapport with our trainers and going the extra mile to help and support
· Fast and accurate administrative skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work as a team and multi-task
· Determination to succeed and support the business
· A background or strong interest in First Aid would be ideal
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
