We are looking for a Computer Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and performing maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will also have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Document technical processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.00-$24.00 per hour
