We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and friendly Quality and Compliance Administrator to join our Quality team.
Travel may be required to complete training, team meetings etc. from time to time.
Responsibilities
· Produce documents using, MS office applications
· Collate analyse and disseminate reports and information
· Assist with the collation and analysis of statistical information.
· Develop and maintain electronic document storage and retrieval systems, and paper-based filing systems
· Expert knowledge of procedures in relevant area, (i.e. finance, HR, H&S, Compliance, Quality)
· Ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly and data entry is accurate.
· Assisting with developing, implementing and managing PHX Trainings compliance program
· Coordinating with regulatory bodies
· Planning, implementing and overseeing risk-related programs
· Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues
· Developing company compliance communications
· Ensure all quality standards and processes are met across the business for all contracts
Person Specification
· Functional skills Level 2 Maths/English/ICT or equivalent (or willing to work towards)
· Providing administrative support to a high level for the Quality Team
· A high level of attention to detail
· The ability to manage a varied workload
· Managing information storage systems
Collating and manipulating data to a meaningful format.
· Excellent IT skills
· Communicating Effectively

Size and Scope
The successful candidate may be required to work from any of our PHX Training Centers across Cumbria and Lancashire.
Additional Information
Hours: 37.5 hours a week (including 30 min lunch each day)
