Our client is a leading asset manager who are looking to grown their team, and as such, are looking for Investment Guideline/Monitoring professional.

Key responsibilities are:

• Rule implementation of investment guidelines of portfolios to ensure contractual, regulatory, and internal Investment Portfolio Compliance. Trusted partner to the business on investment guideline matters.
• Capturing regulatory and contractual investment guidelines.
• Assist with the implementation of coding rules for regulatory and contractual investment guidelines in compliance systems pre/post trade.
• Leading daily investment compliance guideline requests from client, regulatory and internal team members in globally managed portfolios.
• Interacting with Portfolio Management, Client Services, IT as well as the Legal department to ensure timely identification, documentation, escalation, and resolution of compliance issues
• Continuously improving coding principles, guideline standardisation and rule coverage and automation
• Participating in projects/initiatives which aim to enhance processes and systems.

Experience:

• Investment compliance within the financial industry
• Regulations and experience of UCITS
• Compliance systems such as MIG21, CharlesRiver, Bloomberg, SCD, Think Folio etc.
• Knowledge of fund, securities, and derivatives markets
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in French and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £70,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
