Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well organised Compliance Administer to join Ann’s Nursing Care to expand our already well established Team.
The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office just outside Portadown working Monday – Friday 9-5 on a permanent basis and will be responsible for managing the applicant compliance files from interview stage to commencing employment.
The candidate should have the passion, vision, dedication, and determination to contribute to building a high-quality service that places our clients at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities of the Role
· Managing day to day administration duties
· Assist Recruitment managers with setting up and facilitating interviews
· Manage the recruitment process following interview – Employee monitoring, References, Access NI, Relevant documents, training links etc
· Manage the training schedule and schedule the subsequent induction of applicants
· Ensure training room is set up ahead of all training sessions
· Give Recruitment managers regular updates of applicants currently in process
· ID badges & uniform distribution – manage uniform stock
· Assist compliance officer with completion of Progress reports and Quality of service reviews to comply with regulation
· Assist with covering Recruitment Manager desk to include answering calls, resolving queries etc in their absence
· Assist Compliance Officer in managing sickness and staff disciplinary’s
· Manage transfer from paper to electronic records
Essential criteria
· Minimum proven 1 year experience working in an in administrative role
· Must be qualified to GCSE standard (including Maths and English)
· Must be computer literate with strong working knowledge of all Microsoft platforms
· Ability to multi-task and work well on own initiative
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Stable work history
