As a Compliance Assistant you will report directly to the Compliance Consultant within the Controls Exit Team CDD, and will work alongside colleagues and teams across the FC CoE (Financial Crime Centre of Excellence) and Santander UK.
You will be delivering a high quality of work in accordance with regulatory requirements. You will support the wider team and management team to implement tactical and strategic change always displaying the companies 9 behaviours.

Supporting the provision of regular reporting on operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Escalating queries/issues to the Compliance Consultant where necessary
Ensuring data quality is maintained by ensuring attention to detail when inputting information.
Following exit request, load customer information into SIRA to prevent customer re-entering the business.
Raising of MIROs to ensure customer receive appropriate notice of closure whilst ensuring appropriate notice of exit is provided.
Monitoring the team Mailbox and delegate workflow as required.

Ability to assimilate and analyse information.
An understanding or experience of Santander portals.
What else you need to know.
This role is currently Home based with a view to come to the office 2 days per week.
