Job Role: Compliance Administrator
Reports to: Compliance Manager
Salary: £23,000
Location: Remote - Work Anywhere in the UK

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
Start Date: May 2023

Compliance Administrator at Lexxic


As Compliance Administrator at Lexxic, you will support our Compliance Manager and wider Operations Team to ensure the business remains compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accreditation standards, as well as being complaint with other governing bodies, such as the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). You will also be involved in ensuring the business maintains compliant in areas relating to information security, data protection, and cyber security.


Reporting to our super friendly Compliance Manager, you will support, champion, and embed improvements to our operational processes.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Assisting with the completion of client questionnaires
  • Maintaining records relating to compliance
  • Updating policies and internal communications
  • Helping Lexxic retain its ISO certifications (ISO 9001/ ISO 27001)
  • Producing compliance reports
  • Assisting in the management of Health and Safety
  • Contributing towards the renewal of all company insurance policies
  • Supporting with any ad hoc tasks, as set by the Compliance Manager

Must Have:


  • Strong IT Skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to answer telephone calls and emails from clients and suppliers
  • Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have:


  • Experience of working in a compliance or health and safety role
  • Experience of working to deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001
