Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Compliance Administrator This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to gain experience in compliance with a view to eventually become a compliance officer. The successful candidate will assist with the onboarding process of candidates to the business.
Responsibilities:
0-1 years of experience in administration or compliance.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Working in a new team to implement and adapt processes to suit the candidate experience.
Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s compliance processes.
Participate in risk assessments and assist with the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Maintain and update compliance-related policies and procedures.
Stay current on regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company's compliance program.
Strong Administration skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
0-1 years of experience in administration or compliance.
