Complex Support Worker – Huddersfield - HD7 (Golcar)
Schedule:
· Full time and Part time
· Monday - Friday
Salary:
· £10.10 per hour, rising to £11.30 once completed training.

About Us:
At Yorhealth we provide nurse-led care for children and young adults with complex medical care needs 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
About the Role:
This role includes supporting a young lady during school times, with a variety of complex needs including but not limited to:
* Cerebral Palsy
* Epilepsy
* Down Syndrome
* Neurological Conditions
* Conditions with required Tracheostomy
* Conditions with required Ventilation
* Conditions with requirement of peg feeding
* Variety of learning difficulties
* Brain injury
About You:
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who has a passion for young people’s wellbeing and have a caring and patient nature. An understanding of the developmental and educational needs of children and young people.
Current Clinical Competence is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
* An NVQ level 3 in the relevant area is desirable.
