As part of our continued development, we are looking to appoint a Cash & Banking Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.
What does the job involve?

Processing bank transactions and reconciliations

Supporting the Treasury Manager with month end processes

Accurate and timely processing BACS and manual supplier payments

Processing bank and journal transactions - ensuring cash accounts are reconciled at month end

Building productive working relationships with suppliers and internal teams

Ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved and through agreed processes
What skills or experience do I need to do the job?

Previous practical accounts experience or finance/accountancy studies

An ability to work to deadlines and at pace

Great attention to detail – able to spot errors before problems arise

Great communications skills – able to flex your style to the audience

Demonstrating a pro-active approach to work – able to provide solutions to problems

Good Excel skills – able to interpret and analyse data effectively

Have a strong customer service focus – with a professional outlook
