Job description
The Corporate complaints team is looking for an individual to support the elected members (Councillors & MP’s) of London Borough of Croydon in managing their enquiries/questions. This includes supporting the elected members with using the online system and reporting any technical issues. Where required this role will also support chasing due and overdue enquiries as needed.
This role will also require a close working relationship with the Mayors Office to ensure Mayoral enquiries are responded to on time and to a high standard.
This role will also feed into the design and delivery of improvement plans to ensure that the council adopts and embeds a learning culture and is safe from financial and reputational harm.
