Well, I can happily say that this position is FULLY remote.
And it’s a good thing really. Working in complaints can be tough sometimes. So you can just take yourself away for 5 minutes to re-set, all from the comfort of your own home.
Working for an insurer who specialise in home insurance you’ll work in a small team. They’re amazing at making you feel connected to the business even though you’re all at home. Which is really an art.
They outsource their sales, service and claims. And in doing so, by the time a complaint gets to you, it’s already been tried to be resolved. Normally unsuccessfully, escalated and passed over. Which is where you’ll come in.
Understand the situation and resolve it.
Your background within the insurance or financial services industry will help with all the FCA regulatory bits!
This is a 3-month FTC so any experience across claims would be preferable as you’ll be up and running fairly quickly.
