Complaint Handler – Home Insurance – Remote Working
We are currently working with a large insurance company who are looking to hire multiple Complaint Handlers on an interesting and exciting contract.
This is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to add to their extensive insurance experience.
The role will involve:
- Ability to negotiate and influence others whilst maintaining an empathetic approach.
- Ability to use own initiative when prioritising your workload and ensure that you take a proactive approach when settling claims.
- A natural ability to manage conflict with an investigative mind in order to solve customer enquiries
- Make good judgements throughout the claims journey and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
£170 p/d inside IR35 via umbrella company
A 6-month initial contract
Core Working hours Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Remote Working – Equipment will be provided
Skills and Experience:
- MUST HAVE previous experience working in Home Insurance.
- MUST HAVE previous complaint handling experience ideally with end to end investigation
- Worked in a complaint’s role providing a diverse range of telephone, email, and online support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when communicating with customers both written and verbally
