Our People Team are looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Partner, who will take ownership of designing and implementing compensation and benefit programmes. The role will see you partnering with strategic stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and analysing market trends to ensure our benefit programmes remain competitive, improve performance, engagement and employee satisfaction.

Every day you will…
- Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits trends in the market to ensure our Programmes are competitive
- Design and implement compensation and benefits Programmes that are aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives
- Work with Strategic People Partners and managers to provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits-related issues
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, compensation structures, and job evaluation systems
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits Programmes and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
- Provide training and education to managers and employees on compensation and benefits Programmes
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits Programmes, including payroll processing, benefits enrolment, and reporting
- Participate in salary surveys and other benchmarking activities
- Collaborate with the People team to develop and implement overall people strategies and initiatives

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role covering compensation and benefits on a global scale
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business areas
- Experience with job analysis, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading compensation and benefits related projects
