About The Role
- Educate clients and applicants on the process and offer relevant advice
- Quote and chase leads for instruction, updating the law firms where necessary
- Build a pipeline of leads and foster relationships with individuals at different stages of the process
- Maintain regular contact with applicants still searching for a property, providing updated quotes where necessary
- Promote the ‘sale ready’ service to clients
- Promote Conveyan (and associated benefits) throughout the company
- Visit front offices in order to build relationships with negotiators
- Maintain good visibility with the front office teams
- Maintain high levels of communication with the front offices and provide feedback on leads quoted/being chased
- Build relationships with the panel law firms and key individuals
- To continually update market knowledge
- To hit monthly KPIs
About You
We are looking for someone with excellent presentation and communication skills with the desire to learn and grow within our culture of continuous training and development. You will be a self-starter who is incentivised by targets and driven to achieve success for your clients.
