Are you a self-motivated, data-driven, and passionate Sales Compensation Analyst?
In this role you’ll … provide critical support in the areas of sales compensation administration, reporting and set up. This role will assist the Sales leadership with implementing, calculating, tracking, and reporting sales quotas and commissions. You will also collaborate with other functions such as Finance and Human Resources to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
You’ll have the opportunity to… improve calculation and understanding of Markem-Imaje sales compensation schemes by collaborating with the worldwide team.
You should possess… Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline and 3+ years’ experience in Sales Compensation Administration. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP BW and Power Point. Knowledge of CRM Salesforce is a plus.
Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drive project for automatizing and standardizing commission management for the global operations.
- Create new calculators based on new commission plans for the next year with the aim of simplification and automatization.
- Integrate the possibility of performing quarterly consolidation of worldwide results for review with top management using powerBI or another automatization tool.
- Prepare training documentation and train the local stakeholders on the use of the new tool and process.
- Support next year design of new commissions plan by providing ad hoc analysis/simulation
- Continuous improvement of existing systems; recommend new methods to create consistent and effective reporting templates
Education and/or Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Compensation Administration
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to distill complex topics into clear summaries; must have high attention to detail
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel to include pivot tables, macros, v-look ups and complex formulas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; high degree of confidentiality
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and collaborate across functions to ensure adherence to timelines
- Sales compensation software implementation experience is a plus
Work Arrangement : Hybrid
This is a temporary position with competitive benefits included, slated to run 6 - 12 months.

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
