We are a leading flatshare company based in St John's Wood. We manage a number of properties in zone 1 and 2 where we house our clients, who are mainly corporate professionals and post-graduate students. We have been established 7 years and have a young, dynamic and ambitious team in the office. Our aim is to provide the best possible service for our clients by providing excellent management services, and also top quality property.
Having navigated our way through some very choppy waters during the pandemic, we are now pushing forward and looking to continue the programme of expansion and growth which was brought to a halt two years ago.
Our company is looking for an articulate and intelligent acquisitions consultant who can add to our current team and help us expand our portfolio of flats and houses. The successful candidate will have a track record in speaking to landlords, agents and developers and will be able to describe our services in the best possible way to potential new clients, so that our company can add new properties to its portfolio.
You will be given a period of training along with an introduction to our company and be able to quickly understand how best to take on the tasks necessary. We have a young, fun environment in our office and the other team members have worked for the company for many years.
Your remuneration will be heavily incentivised with a healthy commission and bonus structure, along with a basic salary, the level of which will differ depending on experience.
