Location: Crawley and surrounding areas (Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill)
Contract: 20 /40 hours per week
Hours of Work: 2 to 4 days per week between 9am to 7pm (depending on your availability). Shift times can vary from week to week and may include weekend working hours.
Salary: £10.42 per hour
Mileage will be paid - 45p per mile

About the Role:
At Aspens we work across Kent and Sussex; supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
As a Support Worker in our Community Outreach Team you will work providing Community Support to other adults who live locally to the Crawley area.
Along with your general caring responsibilities (including some personal care and assisting those with physical disabilities or mobility issues) your role will include supporting with varied activities such as going out in the local community, supporting with shopping, attending local clubs or going on other fun days out!

Because this is a community-based role, you will need a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
