Hours: Full Time, 37.5

Contract: Permanent

Based: Manor Lodge - Chelmsford

Competitive salary, excellent OTE and benefits package

We have an exciting new role for a Customer Relations Manager/Home Admissions Advisor at our Outstanding care home in Chelmsford.

We are looking for an experienced sales, marketing and business development professional, whose role is to ensure the home meets its occupancy and revenue targets. You are not necessarily from the healthcare sector but you will be able to confidently demonstrate an ability to sell in a compassionate and consultative style and drive enquiries by building strong community ties.

Our Customer Relations Managers are the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, where they manage the sales process from the initial enquiry, showing a family around, to admitting their loved one into their home.

You will be organising and helping to run open days, exhibitions and educational events for professionals and the general public to raise awareness of your home. You will work closely with heads of department in your home, Care UK’s marketing and operational teams. It is also essential for you to develop and maintain strong relationships with charity groups, the local community as well as health professionals to help drive enquiries into your home.

In this hugely rewarding role you’ll be working with families who are looking for care for a loved one, at what is often a very stressful and emotional time. Therefore, it is essential that you have the ability to drive challenging business targets balanced by empathy, care and passion for improving people’s lives.

Your background

We are open to what your sales background/industry experience looks like but Sales and Customer service experience is essential in a face to face or business to customer capacity
Our current CRM’s come from consumer banking, nursing, leisure and pharmaceutical sales with strong B2C experience. They’ve proven sales success and they’re competitive, but they care
Above all, our CRM’s love seeing the end results of their efforts: happy residents and families, and high conversion rates
