Full Time Swadlincote, England 22383 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

We have a fabulous opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Phlebotomist to work with the Integrated Community Team within the community nursing teams in Swadlincote.

Hours of working would be between 8:30am and 4:30pm; over 5 days; Monday-Friday.

The post is full time, however, part time hours will be considered for the successful applicant.

Our team focusses on providing excellent patient-centred care to people. Therefore, it is essential that you have a keen interest and experience in phlebotomy.

Other skills will be required and we are happy to teach the successful candidate how to provide simple health checks for our patients and how to complete the electronic documentation on SystmOne.

This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to develop skills and knowledge within our team and develop a career in healthcare.

Care is delivered within patients own homes and care home settings.

If you can demonstrate good communication skills, have the ability to plan and organise competent, evidence-based, clinical care on delivery - we want to hear from you!

Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.

We employ around 4,200 substantive staff, caring for patients in 11 community hospitals and more than 30 health centres, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes and, increasingly, in people’s own homes and via virtual consultations.
