Posted 13 July 2023 by Maciej Hallam Medical are on the search for experienced Community Nurses to support a with community service in Pershore, Worcestershire. Within this role, you will support patients within their own homes through following assigned caseloads, with the aim of lowering hospital admissions. We are looking for NMC Registered Nurses who can confidently support patients in the community nursing field. As a community nurse, you will administer medications, perform wound care including leg ulcer care, compression bandages, catheter care, end of life support and syringe drivers. As this is a community-based role, it is a requirement that you are a car driver and have access to your own vehicle.
