Who we are
Age Concern Hampshire provides a number of high-quality services that support older people in Hampshire. These include the provision of Day Care Centres, assisting NHS patients with Hospital to Home Services, provision of Information Services and the recently launched Help in the Home Service. We have around 100 employees and 60 volunteers with a turnover of £2M.

The purpose of the Administrator role is to manage daily administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting with various other aspects within the Charity. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of Age Concern Hampshire and to make a positive impact on our clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Organise meetings and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is held
- Update ACH CRM and other portals / databases
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks
- Participate and support in internal projects
- Provision of IT equipment and ID passes

Salary - £12 per hour
Part time – 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10:00-14:00
Location – Home based, with occasional travel to the Lockswood Centre
