Job description
I am seeking someone with previous experience of working within a corporate environment with a professional tone when communicating to clients via email, phone and / or in person.
This role involves the following:
- Diary management
- Booking travel
- Liaising with professional clients
-The ability to send emails using correct English grammar, spelling and punctuation (this will be assessed via application/CV - as well as when interviewed)
- Uploading weekly receipts to an accountancy portal on a weekly basis
- Opportunity to attend fun, high-end events in person (optional)
- Update a Project Planner on a regular basis
- Ensure that Director has all required info to complete projects and that projects are delivered on time
- Ad-hoc admin tasks
- Ability to pay attention to detail is imperative
- Must be an organised, reliable and honest person.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £25.00 per hour
