Full-time & permanent.
Mon-Fri 8am-6pm & Saturdays on a rota basis.
Salary starting from £25,000 pa (salary will reflect ability and experience).
MB Centre Ltd is Nottingham’s largest and most experienced Mercedes Benz specialist, offering dealer level service and facilities at a fraction of main dealer prices.
We require a committed and organised individual who is enthusiastic to work as part of a team in a busy, customer-service role. The successful candidate will be motivated to succeed in this role, show commitment to career progression and demonstrate and be happy to take on extra responsibilities as and when required. Knowledge of vehicles and experience of working in the motor trade is essential. This role would particularly suit a technician looking to leave the workshop yet still wishing to pursue a career within the motor trade or a Service Team Leader looking for the opportunity to progress.
Role and Responsibilities
- Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and / or repairs, and liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload
- Meeting customers on arrival and providing them with a seamless service, from drop off to vehicle handover.
- Updating customers with progress on their vehicle, as well as authorising additional work and making follow-up calls.
- Liaising with the Workshop, Parts and Sales department to ensure customers vehicles are ready on time.
About you
- You will have the passion to deliver an excellent customer service experience and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
- A well-presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- You will have excellent organisation, time keeping and administrative skills
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is essential.
