Bank
£37 Monday - Saturday per visit, plus mileage
£43 Sunday per visit, plus mileage
£50 Bank holiday per visit, plus mileage

Working hours: We are a 7 day a week service covering the hours of 7am-10pm.
Your role as an IV Community Nurse…
- Key in facilitating a seamless discharge from hospital to home.
- Completion of home risk assessments to ensure suitability of the home for clinical procedures.
- You will be visiting patients in their own homes undertaking the administration of intravenous medications, including parenteral nutrition and outpatient antibiotic therapies.
- You will be fundamental in empowering patients/carers to train to full independence with managing their own care
- In this role you will responsible for advocating for your patients.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A Registered General Nurse with current NMC qualifications
- You will have excellent communication skills as a lone practitioner working closely with your senior nurse and Nurse Manager
- You will need to be confident in managing your own workload with excellent time management skills, adhering too patient's 2 hour visit window times.
- Confident in escalation of any clinical or emergency situations.
- Flexibility to travel is essential.
- Community or TPN experience is an advantage, but not essential as we provide full training.
- 1 year post qualification dependent on experience.
