This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Healthcare assistant to join our Community Nursing Team supporting the continence service.
You will work in partnership with the registered nurse and assess and review plans of care, using the patient’s individual care plan.
You will work on a regular basis without direct supervision from a registered nurse.
As part of the paediatric community nursing team, the post holder will carry out personal care duties for patients, in support of the registered nurse and other relevant professional practitioners and training will be given to provide the skills and knowledge required.
Full driving licence essential.
Hours: 30 per week.
