Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of Admissions invites applications for the position of Enrollment Communications Coordinator. This position works with the Admissions New Student Experience team. The Enrollment Communications Coordinator reports to the Associate Director of New Student Experience and is responsible for coordinating and developing marketing and communication initiatives for the Office of Admissions. An integral part of this position is to produce content for web, print, and digital communications, including the current CRM (Slate). This position must demonstrate a clear understanding of the policies and procedures of the University and the purpose and mission of the Office of Admissions.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university by hire date
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a communication or marketing field
Higher education experience in Admissions, Marketing, Communication or other related field
Graphic design experience
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and multi-task oriented
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated capacity for coordinating and managing projects
Strong analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
