Job description
Were on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Communications Executive on a full or part time basis with experience of developing and delivering content for domestic audiences, ideally in the utilities sector.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working with colleagues internally and externally, youll be tasked with helping our most recent business venture engage domestic customers both in response to regulatory requirements and proactively, as we work to position ourselves as a leader in this sector.
From guiding web development, to planning and drafting domestic literature, or working with our customer service team, to establishing and maintaining our social media presence this is an excellent opportunity for someone with the right experience to take their career to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Head of Marketing to develop domestic marketing activity in line with our Group strategic plan
- Creating innovative and impactful content which optimises customer engagement, including blogs, online resources, web landing pages and other customer comms
- Keeping a keen eye on competitor activity and issues affecting our industry, identifying opportunities for development
- Preparing content for sales and marketing collateral, including identifying where future requirements or opportunities may lie
- Input to process management and improvement across the marketing department and wider business
- Working with our external agencies on the ongoing development of relevant websites within our Group
- Developing, managing and delivering a proactive and responsive social media calendar for your defined areas of the Group
- Supporting and helping to deliver our employee engagement strategy
- Contributing to Group-wide business development plans as needed

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the copywriting process, proven experience of managing social media channels for domestic audiences and experience of collaborating with third party suppliers. It would be beneficial to also have an understanding of utilities sector, but this is not essential.

Full time salary is £30,000 - £35,000, for applicants that apply for part time hours this will be pro-rated.
