The Role
CN UK's Production dept are looking for a dynamic, diligent and experienced Print Production Senior Coordinator, to coordinate the advertising, editorial and promotion pages of up to three of our printed magazines and supplements.
Key relationships will include those with internal Editorial, Advertising, Promotions, Classified, Circulation and Communications teams, and advertising clients/agencies including Specle, Repro House, Printers, Handworkers and Mailing House.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Team
The successful candidate will work with a centralised, knowledgeable and highly effective Production team, where nothing less than the consistent, timely delivery of high-quality magazines remains the standard by which other publications are judged. This role will support two Senior Controllers and work closely with the wider Print Production team.

What will you be doing?
- Copy chasing advertising pages
- Processing, colour and quality control of advertising PDFs and GMG Epson proofs
- Flatplanning
- Chasing and approval of loose and bound-in inserts
- Supporting and deputising for Production Controllers in a variety of administrative tasks
Who you are:
- Clear communication and excellent organisational skills
- Calm under pressure, adaptable and able to work well to deadlines with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, PDF creation and in-house workflow systems (e.g. K4, Dalim/ES, Journal Designer) would be an advantage
Where will you be?
- We encourage hybrid working but when you are in the office, this role will be primarily based in our iconic Vogue House building, situated in the heart of Mayfair. This is where our award-winning Editorial and Content teams sit.
