A Communications Assistant is required by one of the UK’s largest NHS Hospital Trusts. Based at Southmead Hospital with a basic of £23,949 + excellent NHS benefits, you will support the Communications Team to ensure effective communications and engagement with our internal and external audiences.
The Communications Assistant position is a fantastic opportunity to:
- Take the lead on day-to-day administration of the staff intranet, LINK, and the public-facing websitenbt.nhs.uk
- Provide ongoing training, support and guidance for intranet and website editors and publishers across the Trust.
- Gain experience working in a busy acute hospital communications department and take the lead on the communications campaigns and projects.
- Undertake a Business Administration Apprenticeship or Level 4, PR and Communications Apprenticeship training, subject to key criteria.
You: The successfulCommunications Assistantwill:
- Have an ambition to work in PR, communications, or marketing.
- Have an interest or aptitude for digital communications.
- Have a helpful and friendly can do attitude and approach.
- Be educated to A ‘Level or equivalent experience.
- Be willing to learn and take responsibility for your own development.
