In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing our Professional Services commodity. You'll have the power to conduct Make v Buy exercises, develop incredible sourcing strategies, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best deals. Your expertise in handling complex supplier requirements will be key to your success.
As our Commodity Manager, you'll be the partner that liaises with suppliers, resolves disputes and drives continuous improvement. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional results will be your superpower.
Requirements:
Experience in Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Procurement, Commodity management in relevant areas.
Knowledge of HR and Financial service commodity management.
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (MCIPS preferred).
Proven experience managing stakeholder groups.
Flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to excel in a multi-functional team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to brief at mid-management level.
Experience in complex non-standard agreements, including Service Level requirements.
Track record of delivering continuous improvement and resolving problems at mid-management level.
Familiarity with MRP, SAP, and purchase order processes.
