Working 5 days from 7, no split shifts and latest finish of 10.00pm. The hotel has a diverse offering of food from ala carte to banquet dinners.We have a brigade of 9 chefs and 4 porters.About you…The successful candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role. You will be highly motivated and work well under pressure.
